Punch down and let the kids enjoy playing with it for awhile! Then make into rolls.
Place rolls on baking sheet and BAKE at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Eat warm with lots of organic butter! Yummy!
Here’s a good recipe for making homemade butter. Fun for when you have a few kids around. There’s lots of shaking so be ready to get in your arm workout for the day! LO had a great time with the bread dough-such a great tactile experience!- and smooshing the butter!

Yum, I love home made bread.
p.s. You asked about the nature table and whether to keep it within access to little hands- maybe you could have your nature table out of reach but provide a little basket of safe nature table type items for your little ones to play with down lower? I think it's just what your comfortable with.
